The Desert Inn Hotel and Casino, which opened on April 24, 1950, was one of the Strip’s most glamorous resorts, attracting stars like Frank Sinatra and Cary Grant. It was the first hotel in Las Vegas to feature a sky room, offering panoramic views of the city. The famed Crystal Showroom hosted legendary performers, including Liberace and Dean Martin. In 1967, Howard Hughes made headlines by purchasing the hotel while living in its penthouse. After five decades, the Desert Inn closed on August 28, 2000, and was later demolished to make way for Wynn Las Vegas. This design is part of our vintage retro collection, celebrating the vintage defunct golden era Las Vegas venues of yesteryear. Printed on our warm & cozy unisex hoodie (hooded sweatshirt). We print & ship all of our high quality graphic hoodies in the USA.
