Tropicana Lanes, located on Prairie Avenue in Inglewood, California, opened in the late 1950s and featured 56 lanes, including an upstairs section. The venue was home to the Kon-Tiki Room, a cocktail lounge inspired by mid-century Tiki culture, and a lively pool hall known for its competitive games. Tropicana Lanes was a favorite spot for leagues, tournaments, and community gatherings. The alley closed in the mid-1970s, and the site is now part of the 105 Freeway. This design is part of our retro bowling alley nostalgia collection, celebrating the vintage defunct bowling alleys of yesteryear. Printed on our warm & cozy heavyweight unisex sweatshirt.
