The Dunes Hotel & Country Club opened on May 23, 1955, bringing an Arabian Nights theme to the early Las Vegas Strip. With its towering Sultan statue and lavish décor, the Dunes set itself apart as a luxurious escape for high rollers and celebrities. It was one of the first resorts to feature a topless show, Minsky’s Follies, helping to shape the city’s entertainment scene. The property expanded throughout the years, adding a golf course in 1964 and a signature neon dome. Despite its rich history, the Dunes struggled financially and was ultimately closed in 1993 before being spectacularly imploded in 1994 to make way for the Bellagio. This design is part of our vintage retro collection, celebrating the defunct golden era Las Vegas venues of yesteryear. Printed on our warm & cozy heavyweight unisex sweatshirt. We print & ship all of our high quality graphic sweatshirts in the USA.
