The Scranton Miners were a minor league baseball team based in Scranton, Pennsylvania that existed on and off from 1887 to 1953. Over their history they were affiliated with the Washington Senators, St. Louis Browns, Boston Red Sox, Boston Braves and Pittsburgh Pirates.
