Bowlium, located at 4361 North Sheridan Road in Chicago, Illinois, was a notable 30-lane bowling alley that opened in 1941. Known for its spacious design, it operated 24 hours a day and quickly became a popular destination for bowling enthusiasts. The venue also featured Helsing's Vodvil Lounge, a restaurant and burlesque nightclub, adding to its allure. Bowlium remained a community staple until its closure in the 1970s.
