The Bay City Beavers were a minor league baseball team in Bay City, Michigan, playing in the Southern Michigan League from 1913 to 1915. They carried on the city’s baseball tradition, succeeding teams like the Billikens and Reds. Home games were held at Clarkson Park, named after Hall of Famer John Clarkson. In 1914, they had a standout season, finishing 96–50 under manager Dan Jenkins, with future major leaguer Joe Harris on the roster. The team disbanded after the 1915 season, but its legacy lives on.
