The Mark Thomas Outrigger was a renowned tiki bar and restaurant located at 700 Cannery Row in Monterey, California. Established in 1959 by Robert Wind, it became a local favorite for celebrations, offering Polynesian cuisine and an extensive tiki cocktail menu. In 1978, a fire damaged the establishment, leading to its reconstruction. By 1994, it transformed into The Fish Hopper, which still serves some of the original Outrigger tiki drinks.
