The Sands Hotel & Casino, which opened on December 15, 1952, became the ultimate playground for Hollywood stars and high rollers. Famous for its luxurious Copa Room, the Sands hosted legendary performances by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and the rest of the Rat Pack, defining the golden era of Vegas entertainment. The resort expanded over the years, adding a 500-room tower in 1967, but struggled to compete with the rise of mega-resorts. After four decades of glamour, the Sands closed in 1996 and was demolished to make way for The Venetian. This design is part of our vintage retro collection, celebrating the defunct golden era Las Vegas venues of yesteryear. Printed on our warm & cozy heavyweight unisex sweatshirt. We print & ship all of our high quality graphic sweatshirts in the USA.
