While the T-shirt I received is perfect, it does me no good when they shipped a SMALL, and I ordered a MEDIUM. And if it were JUST that, and it could be remedied with a simple email to support to swap it for the correct size, life would be peachy. But of course, it can't be that easy. "Support" from M00nshot is abhorrent. It is missing in action. It is nonexistent. I have sent no less than FOUR emails to them. FINALLY, nearly a week later, someone responded asking for a picture. I replied to that email with a two clear pictures attached, and nearly another week later, still NO response. I assume if they get your order correct, they're great, but lord forbid anything go wrong, because you can kiss your (in my case) $41 goodbye, and I guess I have a $41 rag to wash my car with. Thanks for nothing. I refrained from leaving this review for WEEKS to give them ample opportunity to make it right, but I have to draw a line somewhere, and I've reached my limit.
